types: rename ZFS_LUKS -> ZFS_LUKS_KEYSTORE

Clarify that the implemented mechanism is the keystore setup.  An
implementation that doesn't use native ZFS encryption is plausibly
interesting, which is a better use of the term ZFS_LUKS.
